Full Time – Croydon, VIC
NAS was established in 1998 and is now one of Australia's leading distributors of professional and commercial audio-visual brands, supplying customers across Australia and New Zealand.
We're on the lookout for a full-time Internal Sales & Customer Service legend to join our Croydon-based team.
You'll be working with a friendly, supportive crew, helping customers, supporting our sales team, and keeping orders moving smoothly day to day.
What you'll be doing:
- Processing quotes, sales orders and invoices (SAP)
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
- Providing internal support to our sales reps
- Data entry and general admin tasks
- Helping the team hit sales targets
- Delivering great customer service (always)
What we're looking for:
- Experience in an internal sales or customer service role
- Audio or AV industry experience is a bonus (but not essential)
- An interest in audio/tech is highly regarded
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- A positive, reliable attitude and willingness to learn
- Someone who enjoys working in a team environment

Warehouse / Storeperson - Hiring Now
Full Time – Croydon, VIC
Join the National Audio Systems' team as a Warehouse / Storeperson in our Kilsyth, VIC location. This is a full-time position in our thriving audio visual wholesaler business. You'll be responsible for the efficient and accurate storage and handling of our diverse product range, ensuring our customers receive their orders on time.
What you'll be doing:
- Receive, unpack, and store incoming stock items in the appropriate locations
- Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately and on time
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
- Conduct regular stock takes and report on inventory levels
- Assist with loading and unloading deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers
What we're looking for:
- Experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with an eye for detail
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently, both independently and as part of a team
- Forklift licence or willingness to obtain one
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy items
