Having spent the last two decades rehearsing underground and playing in international concert halls, the ACO ensemble’s dream of finding a permanent home has been realised following significant investment from patrons and the New South Wales Government. Perched above the harbour in Sydney’s revitalised Walsh Bay Arts Precinct (WBAP), Pier 2/3 is now home to the ACO, the Bell Shakespeare Theatre Company and Australian Theatre for Young People.

EastPack is very aware that it’s mostly manual work, and with that in mind, the care and wellbeing of its 700-strong workforce at Te Puke requires a slightly different approach for providing a safe and happy workplace. Near the top of the list has always been playing background music for the workers, and with the existing system being little more than ageing boomboxes squawking from the corners of the roof, things needed a refit.
